Acceptance of Terms: The use of the food recipe app (the Meal GOAT) is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Meal GOAT. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use the Meal GOAT.

Changes to Terms: The Meal GOAT reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following such modifications will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

Intellectual Property: The Meal GOAT and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Without the Meal GOAT’s prior written consent, you may not use it or its content for commercial purposes.

User Content: The Meal GOAT may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to recipes, photos, and reviews (collectively, “User Content”). You retain all rights in and to your User Content. However, you grant the Meal GOAT a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Meal GOAT. You represent and warrant that you can grant Meal GOAT this license.

User Conduct: You agree not to use the Meal GOAT to: (a) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (e) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; (f) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation; (g) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (h) interfere with or disrupt the Meal GOAT or servers or networks connected to the Meal GOAT, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Meal GOAT; or (i) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

No Warranty: The Meal GOAT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Meal GOAT does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for any interruption or errors.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Meal GOAT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Meal GOAT application.
